I found this article from Marie Claire magazine to be pretty accurate.  Stop watching porn boys and get in touch with your senses (and ours).  

To be a sexual being is to break patterns, follow a pleasurable tangent, and use every nerve, not just the erogenous ones.

No wonder girls fake orgasms!  But this opens a whole new can of worms that I don't have the time nor energy to address.
